This is pizza dough stuffed with chicken in a buffalo sauce and loaded with cheese all in a rolled dough.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper ( I spray it lightly with cooking oil)
- Pulse the boneless cooked chicken in a food processor or shred it by using cooking shears.
- Add the salad dressing and hot sauce then stir it together and set aside.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured board around 1/4 - inch thick.
- Spread the dough with chicken mixture, sprinkle evenly with cheese.
- Add anything else you like on top.
- Roll the dough up like a jelly round and away from you and place on the prepared baking sheet seam side down.
- Bake until golden brown on top around 35 minutes.
- Cool slightly before slicing.

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl combine the cubed chicken, melted butter and hot sauce. Mix well. Spread whole bottle of salad dressing over crust, then top with chicken mixture and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Bake in preheated oven until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly, about 5 to 10 minutes. Let set a few minutes before slicing, and serve.
