- Preheat air fryer to 400°. Scrub potatoes; pierce each several times with a fork. In a small bowl, mix butter, garlic, salt and pepper. Rub potatoes with butter mixture. Wrap each tightly in a piece of foil. , Place potatoes in a single layer on tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until fork tender, 35-45 minutes, rotating halfway through.
