- Place chicken broth and broccoli in 2-quart saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat 8-10 minutes or until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cook 4-6 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
- Stir together half & half and flour in bowl until smooth. Slowly add flour mixture to soup, stirring constantly. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 2-3 minutes or until mixture comes to a full boil. Boil 1 minute. Reduce heat to low. Stir in cheese until melted.
