Air Fryer
3 Large White Potatoes
1 Medium White Onion
6 Slices Back Bacon
2.5 ml Olive Oil
2 Tsp Parsley
Salt & Pepper

Steps:

  • Peel and cube your potatoes and place them into a large mixing bowl.
  • Peel and dice your onion and dice your bacon.
  • Place the bacon, onion and seasoning into the mixing bowl and mix well.
  • Add the olive oil and mix again.
  • Place the bowl contents into the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes at 180c/360f.
  • Shake once half way through cooking to stop the potatoes from sticking.
  • Serve warm.

1 pound russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon paprika
? teaspoon ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Place cubed potatoes in a bowl, cover with cold water, and let sit 30 minutes.
  • Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Drain potatoes and pat dry with a paper towel. Add olive oil, salt, onion powder, paprika, and pepper. Stir until evenly combined.
  • Place potatoes in the basket of the air fryer and cook for 20 minutes; shaking halfway through cook time.
