Steps:
- Peel and cube your potatoes and place them into a large mixing bowl.
- Peel and dice your onion and dice your bacon.
- Place the bacon, onion and seasoning into the mixing bowl and mix well.
- Add the olive oil and mix again.
- Place the bowl contents into the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes at 180c/360f.
- Shake once half way through cooking to stop the potatoes from sticking.
- Serve warm.

- Place cubed potatoes in a bowl, cover with cold water, and let sit 30 minutes.
- Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Drain potatoes and pat dry with a paper towel. Add olive oil, salt, onion powder, paprika, and pepper. Stir until evenly combined.
- Place potatoes in the basket of the air fryer and cook for 20 minutes; shaking halfway through cook time.
