- Preheat air fryer to 375°. In a shallow bowl, toss almond flour, cheese, garlic powder, Creole seasoning and paprika. Coat pork chops with flour mixture; shake off excess. Working in batches as needed, place chops in single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket; spritz with cooking spray. , Cook until golden brown, 12-15 minutes or until a thermometer reads 145°, turning halfway through cooking and spritzing with additional cooking spray. Remove and keep warm. Repeat with remaining chops.

Steps:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400F for 12 minutes and lightly spray the basket with oil.
- Season pork chops on both sides with 1/2 tsp kosher salt.
- Combine panko, cornflake crumbs, parmesan cheese, 3/4 tsp kosher salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder and black pepper in a large shallow bowl.
- Place the beaten egg in another. Dip the pork into the egg, then crumb mixture.
- When the air fryer is ready, place 3 of the chops into the prepared basket and spritz the top with oil.
- Cook 12 minutes turning half way, spritzing both sides with oil. Set aside and repeat with the remaining.

- Remove the pork chops from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before cooking. Sprinkle the chops all over with 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt, then let them come to room temperature. In a shallow bowl, whisk to combine the flour, remaining 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper. In a second shallow bowl, whisk to combine the egg and milk. In a third shallow bowl or plate, mix together the panko breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese. Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel. Dredge each of the pork chops into the flour mixture, then pat to remove any excess. Next, dip each in the egg mixture, letting any excess drip off. Finally, dredge each in the panko breadcrumb mixture and place on a clean plate. Spray both sides of the pork chops lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees. Place chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes. Flip the chops and cook for 4 more minutes, or until the internal temperature is at least 145 degrees. Serve alongside a green salad and mashed potatoes.
