We could have made them only with white cheese, but honestly we are greedy so we added yellow cheese

white cheese - 2.5 oz (70 g)
yellow cheese - 2.5 oz (70 g)
butter - 4.3 oz (120 g)
yogurt - 1/2 cup (120 g)
soda - 1/2 tsp.
flour - 1 cup

Steps:

  • Pour the soda into the yogurt, stir it and let it foam up. Cut the butter into small cubes and grate the white cheese and yellow cheese.
  • Mix the flour with the butter, the grated white and yellow cheese and the yoghurt with the soda. Knead a dough that isnt sticky (if necessary, add a little more flour).
  • Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes. Divide the dough into balls and roll them out. Cut them into triangles.
  • Roll them up like croissants , by rolling them up from the wider side to the thinner side. Arrange the savory bites in a tray lined with baking paper at a distance from each other.
  • Bake them in a preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes at 338°F (170 degrees) or until they aquire a golden brown color.
