With due respect, if you have doubts, why are you purchasing ANY fish at the stores you mentioned, whether for Sushi or General Cooking consumption. Since you posted this on the New Jersey Board, there are many options other than the ones you indicated, most notably, Mitsuwa and HMart stores.
