10 ounces mayonnaise
20 leaves green leaf lettuce, washed and dried
20 ounces roast turkey breast, sliced thin
20 ounces smoked ham, sliced thin
20 slices tomatoes, sliced thin
15 slices cooked bacon, cut in half

Steps:

  • For each sandwich, toast 3 pieces of bread and spread with mayonnaise.
  • Top one piece of toast with a lettuce leaf and 2 oz turkey and ham.
  • Cover with a second piece of toast.
  • Top with 1 lettuce leaf, two tomato slices, and three strips of bacon.
  • Top with the remaining toast.
  • Secure with 4 club frill pics.
  • cut into four triangles.

A classic Turkey Club sandwich made healthy, piled high with turkey breast, bacon, lettuce, and tomato on whole grain bread, the perfect easy lunch.

2 slices center cut bacon (cut in half)
2 slices whole grain bread (Daves Killer Bread thin sliced Good Seed)
1 tablespoon light mayo
2 slices iceberg lettuce
3 ounces turkey breast (sliced thin (Boars Head))
2 slices ripe tomato

Steps:

  • Cook bacon until crisp then drain fat on a paper towel.
  • Toast the bread the spread mayo on both pieces. Top with 1 slice lettuce, turkey, tomato, bacon and remaining lettuce and close.
  • Slice in half and enjoy!

  • Toast bread in toaster until light golden brown. Set aside. Fry bacon until just barely crisp, then drain on a paper towel. Set aside. Mix together 2 tablespoons mayonnaise with prepared basil pesto; in a separate bowl, mix additional 2 tablespoons mayonnaise with sundried tomato pesto. To Make One Sandwich:Spread two pieces of bread with basil pesto. On one piece of bread, lay ham on top of pesto mayo, then top with cheese and lettuce. On other piece of bread, lay the slices of 1/2 avocado on top of the pesto mayo. Top avocado with bacon. Lift the second slice of bread (the one with avocado and bacon) and place it, ingredient side down, on top of the first piece of bread. For the second layer: On the top of the top piece of bread, spread the sundried tomato mayonnaise. Spread one side of the third piece of bread with sundried tomato mayonnaise. Place ham, cheese, and lettuce on top. Place other half of the avocado slices on the other piece of bread. Top with bacon slices. Place this piece of bread, ingredient side down, on top of the first piece of bread. Use a sharp knife to cut the sandwich in half (on the diagonal) then again in fourths. Serve with chips!
