Ingredients

1 (2 pound) loaf processed cheese (such as Velveeta®), cubed
2 (15 ounce) cans chili without beans (such as Hormel®)
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, cubed
1 (16 ounce) jar picante sauce (such as Pace®)

Steps:

Place processed cheese, chili, cream cheese, and picante sauce into a slow cooker, set on Low, and let processed cheese melt, about 30 minutes. Stir until thoroughly combined; serve warm.

Creamy bean dip packed with flavor and topped with all sorts of ooey gooey cheese, baked to dipping perfection. I could make a meal out of this dip!

Ingredients

2 (16 ounce) cans of refried beans - I use Old El Paso Spicy Fat Free
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 Taco Seasoning packet
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
With a mixer, whip together cream cheese, beans, taco seasoning and sour cream until smooth. Spread into a 9x13 EZ Foil® by Hefty® Bakeware Pan. Sprinkle with both shredded cheeses, and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is slightly brown and dip is hot and bubbly around the edges.
Serve with tortilla chips.

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add shrimp and garlic and season with salt and pepper. Cook until shrimp is pink and no longer opaque, 3 to 4 minutes. Let cool slightly, then coarsely chop. In a large bowl, stir together cream cheese, mayonnaise, mozzarella, Parmesan, lemon juice and zest, parsley, and chopped shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Transfer dip to a small baking dish and bake until golden and bubbly, 25 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve with pita chips.
