? cup grated carrots
¼ cup chopped green bell pepper
¼ cup minced onion
¼ cup chopped cucumber
¼ cup chopped celery
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
¼ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1?½ tablespoons mayonnaise

Steps:

  • Combine grated carrots, chopped green bell pepper, minced onion, chopped cucumber, and chopped celery in a bowl. Mix well.
  • Combine softened cream cheese, salt, lemon juice, and mayonnaise in a separate bowl and beat until fluffy. Fold vegetable mixture into cream cheese mixture and mix well.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before spreading.

1?½ cups shredded carrots
1?½ cups shredded zucchini
1?½ tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 dash ground black pepper
1 dash paprika
1 dash garlic salt

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, carrots, zucchini, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, paprika and garlic salt. Chill in the refrigerator approximately 30 minutes before serving
