1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced

3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced

8 ounces green beans, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
1 large red bell pepper, sliced
3 cups Chinese cabbage leaves, sliced 1-inch thick
1 bunch swiss chard, trimmed and sliced into 2-inch wide ribbons
8 ounces Chinese-style (lo mein) noodles, cooked

When it’s cold, people naturally think of hot pot, especially the mutton hot pot that people in the north think of first. In our case, it’s called mutton hot pot. Shabu mutton is a kind of easy hot pot that people like very much. Some people entertain guests. Or family members like to eat hot pot when they get together. The main reason is to save trouble. You don’t need to cook a large table of dishes one by one. Just have lamb. You can mix it with other vegetables, mushrooms, tofu and seafood. The people at the table were chatting and laughing in front of the hot pot, each taking what they needed without restraint.
The weather is getting colder, and my family sits around the table to have a pot of mutton-boiled, I think it will be enjoyable to eat comfortably and relax.

6-8 Dried shiitake mushrooms
6 Prawns
1 stage Green onions
2 pieces Red fermented bean curd
2 scoops Soy sauce
2 scoops Fermented bean curd juice
a little MSG
200 g Tahini
Right amount salt
2 scoops Chive flower
Right amount parsley
1 piece Knorr Chicken Soup Po
1 piece pepper
1 piece ginger
3 slices Bay leaf
2 pcs Aniseed

Steps:

  • Put the hot pot bottom material: dried shiitake mushrooms, 6-8 prawns, 6 peppers, 1 aniseed, 2 bay leaves, 3 green onions, 1 ginger, 1 piece, and put them in the soup pot
  • A piece of Knorr Chicken Soup
  • Put the thick soup in the pot
