Yuba, also known as yuba, is a popular Hakka traditional food and a common food ingredient in the Chinese region. It has a strong bean flavor. The yuba is made by heating soy milk to a boil, after a period of heat preservation, a film is formed on the surface, which is picked out and drooped into branches, and then dried. Its shape resembles a branch of bamboo and is called yuba. Yuba is a product of a certain structure composed of soybean protein film and fat. High nutritional value, easy to store, convenient to eat, but patients suffering from nephritis, renal insufficiency, diabetic ketoacidosis, and gout are not suitable for eating yuba.

Right amount Yuba
Right amount salt
Right amount Soy sauce
Right amount starch
Right amount chopped green onion
Right amount oil

Steps:

  • Soak the yuba with water in advance. It is recommended to soak for more than half a day.
  • Soak until there are no lumps, clean and drain.
  • In a frying pan, add sliced ginger and chopped green onion to boil.
  • Pour the yuba, add salt, and add some water to the soy sauce and bring to a boil.
  • The soup is slightly dried, and thin starch is added.
  • Mix well out of the pot.
