We love finding new ways to use our kitchen tools and appliances. These toaster-oven quesadillas with peppers and avocado are the perfect example of an unexpected toaster-oven hack we had to share.

- Lay tortillas on work surface. Spread half of each tortilla with avocado. Top with pepper slices and Cheddar. Fold in half. Transfer to a foil-lined toaster-oven pan. Set in toaster oven and toast until the cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
- Cut in half and serve with salsa and hot sauce if desired.

Place tortillas on a clean work surface. Spread mustard evenly on one tortilla and layer with Swiss cheese, pickles, ham, salami, and pulled pork. Top with remaining tortilla.

Wrap quesadilla in a thin layer of aluminum foil. Lay toaster on its side and toast quesadilla for 8 minutes or until toasted and cheese has melted.

Carefully remove quesadilla from toaster, unwrap, and cut into 4 wedges. Serve immediately.
