This Crispy Lemon Parmesan Chicken it’s not only a quick meal, it’s also incredibly delicious and flavorful.

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 Eggs
1/4 cup Lemon juice ((about 1-2 lemons))
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tbsp parsley ((fresh or dried))
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 lb skinless chicken
1 cup plain breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Combine in a bowl the lemon juice, minced garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, eggs and whisk all together.
  • Pour mixture over chicken and allow to marinade in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes. Keep in mind the longer it sits the more flavorful it will be!
  • In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Then dredge the chicken in the mixture, lightly pressing to evenly coat.
  • Place chicken into the Air Fryer and cook at 390°F for about 15-18 minutes, making sure to flip the chicken about halfway through.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
  • Serve and Enjoy!

These Brussel Sprouts are so yummy, they don’t even taste like a veggie. Plus, with simple ingredients you can have them ready in no time.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 lb Brussel Sprouts
2 cups Water
2 tbsps Olive Oil
1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
3-4 tbsps Everything Bagel seasoning (I love the Trader Joe’s one)

Steps:

  • Rinse Brussel sprouts off and add them to medium sauté pan with about 2 cups of water.
  • Cover and cook over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes.
  • In a small bowl combine Parmesan cheese and everything bagel seasoning. Set aside.
  • Drain Brussel sprouts and allow to cool, then half & quarter each Brussel sprout. (If you’re in a hurry, you can add Brussel sprouts to cold water with ice to cool faster.)
  • Next, add cut Brussel sprouts in a mixing bowl and toss with olive oil.
  • Then toss them in the Parmesan cheese and everything bagel mixture.
  • Transfer the Brussel sprouts to the air fryer. Cook for 15-20 minutes at 375-380°F or until crispy. Make sure to toss a couple times during cooking.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
