Steps:
- Place the chicken and cornstarch into a bag or bowl, and toss to coat. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken pieces and garlic, stirring constantly until lightly browned. Stir in the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and water. Cover, and cook until the chicken pieces are no longer pink inside, 3 to 5 minutes.
- Stir in the green onion, and cayenne pepper, cook uncovered for about 2 more minutes. Serve over white rice.

Steps:
- Coat the Chicken cubes with Eggs, Cornstarch, Salt and Pepper. Toss until combined. Heat Olive Oil in a wok or skillet. As the oil shimmers, add the Chicken and cook them until they turn golden brown on both sides. (cook the chicken in batches. Do not crowd the pan)
- Once the Chicken gets cooked, remove from the skillet. Add the veggies, sichuan peppercorns, dried red chilis to the skillet and toss to combine. Cook until the veggies tenderise for about 2-3 minutes. Pour Ketchup, Szechuan Sauce, Soy Sauce, and Rice Wine Vinegar. Toss to combine. Once it comes to a slow boil, turn off the heat.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and freshly chopped green onions. Serve with rice.
