- Place a crock pot liner in the base of the crockpot for easy clean up. Pour honey BBQ sauce, the juice from the pineapple, the soy sauce and brown sugar in the crock; stir well. Be careful not to tear the liner. Place the chicken breasts into the crock; top with the pineapple slices. Spoon some of the BBQ sauce mixture over the chicken. Cook on High for 4 - 5 hours or on Low for 6-8 hours. Serve with/over cooked rice, if desired.
