These sugar-free Brownies are so good, your guest will never even noticed it is sugar-free! As they are sweetened with Gavia, a 100% natural sweetener made from Stevia, these brownies are also low in carbs! (Partnership with Panasonic)

200 gram Salted Butter
120 gram Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate Chips
150 gram Gavia™ Natural Sweetener
3 Egg
1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
1/4 cup Dutch Processed Cocoa Powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 tablespoon Molasses
to taste Toasted Sliced Almonds

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
  • In the Panasonic Microwave Oven, melt Salted Butter (200 gram) and Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate Chips (120 gram).
  • Transfer into a mixing bowl and whisk in Gavia™ Natural Sweetener (150 gram).
  • Stir in Molasses (1 tablespoon) and Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon).
  • Whisk in Egg (3), one at a time.
  • Lastly, fold in All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup) and Dutch Processed Cocoa Powder (1/4 cup).
  • Once everything is well combined, divide the batter evenly into a greased 12-square brownie pan.
  • Sprinkle some Toasted Sliced Almonds (to taste).
  • Bake in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Let it cool for an hour before removing it from the pan. Serve and enjoy! Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.

1 recipe Flourless Chocolate Brownies
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon liquid stevia
2 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
1/4 cup butter
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups sugar free chocolate chips
1 tablespoon butter
Optional sprinkle: coconut sugar

Steps:

  • Make brownie recipe and allow to cool then crumble in a large bowl. Set aside.
  • To make frosting, whip cream, vanilla extract and liquid stevia in a stand mixer until peaks form.
  • In a sauce pan over low heat, melt baking chocolate and butter then whisk in cocoa powder until incorporated.
  • Slowly blend into whipped cream.
  • Stir chocolate frosting into crumbled brownie mixture until all combined.
  • Form into balls on parchment lined baking sheet. Stick a lollipop stick into each and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
  • Once hardened, melt dipping chocolate in the microwave at 30 second intervals until melted and stir until completely smooth.
  • One at a time, dip into melted chocolate, tap slightly to remove excess chocolate then stand in Styrofoam or hang on a dish rack until set.
  • Add sprinkles of coconut sugar before they set.
  • Wrap individually for gift giving!
