- Mix yogurt, lemon juice, and garlic together in a bowl. Slowly pour olive oil in a fine stream into yogurt mixture while constantly mixing with a whisk or in a food processor. Whisk Sriracha hot sauce into yogurt mixture; fold in feta cheese. Season dressing with salt and pepper.

- 1. Make the Yogurt Sauce: In a small bowl, stir the yogurt with the lemon juice and salt to combine. Add the Sriracha and paprika. Stir in ? cup water (or more, if needed) to achieve a thin, easy-to-drizzle consistency. 2. Make the Salad: In a large bowl, toss the lettuce and radicchio to combine. 3. In a medium bowl, toss the cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, garlic, parsley, cilantro and mint to combine. Add the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. 4. To serve, pile a quarter of the lettuce mixture onto a plate, then top with about ? cup of the cucumber-tomato mixture. Top with 4 falafel patties and drizzle generously with yogurt sauce. Repeat with the remaining portions. Serve immediately.
