- Combine all of the salsa ingredients in a bowl. Mix well, cover and refrigerate.Combine the paprika, thyme, garlic powder and cumin in a bowl with a good grinding of salt and pepper. Slice the chicken breast fillets in half lengthways and drizzle with olive oil. Rub the spice mix into the chicken.Fry the chicken over a medium heat until cooked through. Slice diagonally. Give the salsa a good stir and drain any excess liquid.Heat the wraps in a dry frying pan for a few seconds on each side. Place a small amount of lettuce on each wrap and top with chicken slices, salsa and a good dollop of sour cream.Fold the bottom of the wrap up, fold the sides in, then roll it from the bottom up so that the filling completely enclosed.
