1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
6 bone-in chicken breast halves, skin removed (7 ounces each)
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons cornstarch
Additional paprika, optional

Steps:

In a small bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients; rub over chicken. Place in a 3-qt. slow cooker. In a large bowl, combine the soup, sour cream and wine; stir in mushrooms. Pour over chicken. , Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until meat is tender. In a small bowl, mix water and cornstarch until smooth; stir into chicken mixture. Return to a boil, stirring constantly; cook and stir until thickened. If desired, sprinkle with additional paprika.

3 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
2 cups sour cream
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
10 flour tortillas (8 inches), warmed
Pico de gallo, optional

Steps:

In a large bowl, combine 2 cups cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, chicken, sour cream, soup, chilies, onion, pepper and salt. Spoon about 1/2 cup off center on each tortilla; roll up. Place seam side down in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish., Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
