CRAB STUFFED SALMON RECIPE | COZYMEAL
Elevate your salmon to the next level with this crab stuffed salmon. Tender salmon fillets are stuffed with a sumptuous lump crab stuffing for an elegant dish.

Steps:
- <p>Preheat the oven to 400°F. Make the crab filling. In a bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice until smooth.</p>
- <p>Fold in the breadcrumbs, crab meat and spring onions into the mayonnaise mixture. Season with salt and pepper.</p>
- <p>Slice a pocket into each salmon filet.</p>
- <p>Stuff the salmon with the crab filling. </p>
- <p>Transfer the salmon filets onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the salmon filets with lemon juice.</p>
- <p>Lightly season with salt and pepper. Bake the salmon for 12 minutes, or until cooked through.</p>
- <p>Garnish with chopped spring onions. Enjoy!</p>

- Place carrots and mushrooms in a 4- or 5-qt. slow cooker. Sprinkle roast with garlic powder and pepper. In a large skillet, brown roast in oil on all sides. Transfer to slow cooker., Combine the gravy, mushroom soup, water and onion soup mix; pour over roast. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meat is tender. Skim fat from gravy if necessary; serve gravy with beef.
