1 packet Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dips Mix
1½ cups plain Greek yogurt
1 jar (12oz.) roasted red peppers, drained and pureed (1 cup)
½ tsp. ground cumin
?–¼ tsp. cayenne pepper

Steps:

  • Combine dip mix with yogurt. Cover; refrigerate 30 minutes to thicken. Add pepper puree, cumin and cayenne pepper to dip. Cover; refrigerate additional 30 minutes for flavors to blend.

This super-creamy whipped feta dip is savory with just a hint of sweetness from honey. This healthy dip is perfect for veggies, whole-grain crackers or bread.

1?½ cups crumbled feta cheese
1 (5.3 ounce) container whole-milk plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil, divided
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest, divided
2 teaspoons honey
1 tablespoon finely chopped jarred roasted red peppers
1 tablespoon chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
Cracked black pepper
Crudités, crackers or pita chips for serving

Steps:

  • Combine feta, yogurt, 3 tablespoons oil and 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest in a food processor; process until very smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed, 30 to 45 seconds.
  • Spoon the mixture into a serving bowl and use a spatula or the back of a spoon to create a shallow well in the center. Drizzle with honey and the remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Place peppers in the well; sprinkle with parsley, cracked pepper and the remaining 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest. Serve at room temperature or chilled, with crudités, crackers or pita chips.
