- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Grease large casserole dish.
- Place olive oil and garlic in large resealable bag.
- Add cauliflower and shake to mix.
- Pour into prepared casserole dish.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Top with Parmesan and parsley and broil for 3 to 5 minutes until golden brown.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place garlic in a casserole dish and drizzle with olive oil.
- Roast garlic in the preheated oven until tender and fragrant, about 15 minutes.
- Place a steamer insert into a saucepan and fill with water to just below the bottom of the steamer. Bring water to a boil. Add cauliflower, cover, and steam until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Mash cauliflower and roasted garlic with olive oil together in a bowl. Stir salt, parsley, and pepper into mashed cauliflower until completely incorporated. Spread cauliflower mixture into casserole dish.
- Bake mashed cauliflower in the preheated oven until hot and flavors blend, about 15 minutes.

I find it totally amazing, that children and men ALL LOVE THIS RECIPE! As for the Female of our species we just love this for the flavor and the health benefits it brings our families.
Roasted brings out a wonderful sweetness in this dish. The Garlic is roasted to a tan color is creamy good. You can just pop them in your mouth. Or you can spread them on your florets or fresh bread. Just be sure to scoop up some of the rosemary, olive oil and black pepper that may have escaped to the bottom of the dish.
