I started with Bobby Flay's Peach Sangria recipe, and made it a little better, I think, and easier! My husband, who doesn't even like white wine, loves this.

Ingredients

1 (750 milliliter) bottle dry white wine, such as Pinot Grigio
1 (11 ounce) can peach nectar
1 cup triple sec
1 cup orange juice
1 cup pineapple juice
½ cup peach schnapps
ice as needed
2 cups club soda, or as needed
1 fresh peach, sliced, or to taste
1 cup chopped fresh pineapple, or to taste

Steps:

Pour white wine, peach nectar, triple sec, orange juice, pineapple juice, and peach schnapps into a 2-quart pitcher and stir to mix. Chill for 3 to 4 hours, if possible.
Pour over ice in tall glasses and top with club soda. Garnish with fresh peach slices and pineapple.

¾ cup brandy
½ cup orange liqueur
1 cup fresh orange juice
3 white peaches cut into wedges and halved
3 oranges, sliced
2 lemons, sliced
3 Granny Smith apples, sliced and quartered
1 cup fresh blueberries
4 (3-inch) cinnamon sticks
12 whole cloves

Steps:

Combine sugar and boiling water in a 4-quart container, stirring until sugar dissolves. Add wine and remaining ingredients. Cover and chill at least 8 hours. Remove cinnamon and cloves; serve over ice.
