Steps:
- Clean and sterilize 2 quart-size canning jars with lids.
- Add the vinegar, sugar, salt, cloves, mustard seeds, peppercorns, mustard, turmeric, red pepper flakes and bay leaf to a large saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves and the flavors start to marry, about 5 minutes.
- Add the green tomatoes, green and red bell peppers, onion and cabbage and bring to a boil, lower the heat and let simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Divide the mixture between the two jars and let cool to room temperature. Serve immediately or seal and refrigerate for up to 6 weeks.

- Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the peanut oil. Add the carrots, cabbage and onions and cook for 1 minute. Add the chicken broth, soy sauce and sesame oil, then toss in the noodles. Top with sliced green onions.

- In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook noodles just shy of al dente according to package instructions, then drain immediately. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Add chicken and cook until golden and crispy, 7 to 8 minutes. Move chicken to one side of skillet, and to other side, add garlic, ginger, carrot, and cabbage and cook until tender, 3 minutes. Meanwhile, make sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together broth, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Pour sauce over skillet and add cooked noodles, tossing to combine. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
