Steps:

  • Mix yogurt, cucumber, garlic, parsley, and salt together in a bowl. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 hour. Stir before serving.

½ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp freshly-ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Stir all ingredients together until combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  • Serve immediately, or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 2 days.
