This sheet pan chicken is sure to be a family favorite. It's a seriously simple dinner to prepare. The chicken juices mix with the butter and Italian seasoning creating a delicious sauce that's full of flavor.

Ingredients

3 - skinless chicken breasts cut in quarters
2 can(s) green beans (drained) or 2 heaping cups of fresh green beans cut into 1-inch pieces
6 large cut up red skin potatoes in quarters
1 package(s) zesty Italian dressing mix,1.25 oz
1 stick(s) melted butter

Steps:

In a 9x13 pan, place cut chicken breasts in the center, green beans on one side and potatoes on the other.
Sprinkle Italian dressing mix over the top.
Drizzle melted butter over it.
Cover it with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

8 small new potatoes, halved if large
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
4 slices bacon, cut into thirds
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 pounds fresh green beans, ends trimmed

Steps:

In a large saucepan or medium Dutch oven, cook bacon over medium heat until it has rendered most of its fat and has begun to brown, about 5 minutes. Add the onion and saute until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add the green beans and potatoes and enough water to just cover them. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Season with salt and pepper, to taste, then cover the pan and simmer until the beans are very tender, about 1 hour, stirring occasionally and adding more water if necessary to keep the beans covered. As the beans get close to being done they will become quite fragile, so take care when stirring.

In a small skillet, saute water chestnuts, onion and mushrooms in 2 tablespoons butter until onion is crisp-tender, 4-5 minutes. , In large skillet, melt remaining 4 tablespoons butter; stir in flour until smooth. Stir in milk, broth, soy sauce, pepper sauce and salt. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in green beans and cheese. , Spoon half of the bean mixture into a greased 1-1/2-qt. baking dish. Layer with water chestnut mixture and remaining bean mixture. , Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes. Top with french-fried onions. Bake until heated through, about 5 minutes longer.
