Steps:

  • Prepare 300g ribs and 50g ham
  • The ham looks like this, it's not a ham sausage, make no mistake, the ham doesn't need to be more than 50g. Why is it greasy? This stuff is too expensive, hehe.
  • After the ribs are blanched, remove from the electric pressure cooker, put three slices of ginger, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, appropriate amount of chives, 50g ham (cut into small pieces), pour a certain amount of water and press the boiling button.
  • Pour the cooked pork rib soup into another pot and place it on an open fire. Pour the spring bamboo shoots (my spring bamboo shoots are in bags) and simmer for 15 minutes. Then put the nest bamboo shoots and simmer for a few minutes. Taste the saltiness and add salt. Turn off the heat and remove from the pot.
  • Bamboo shoots have the effect of relieving greasiness, and the whole soup is not greasy and refreshing.

20ml Vinegar
20ml Soy sauce
30g Cucumber
15 grams carrot
10gram shallot
5 grams ginger
10gram garlic
A small amount salt

Steps:

  • Prepare the ingredients: press the ribs in advance in a pressure cooker, and prepare the sauce (soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, salt)
  • Heat oil in a pan, add green onion, ginger and garlic to burst the fragrance
  • Put the ribs in the pot
