Ingredients: 2 ounces Tortilla Chips* (about 24, plus additional for serving); 1 Tbs Chili Oil (or olive oil and red pepper flakes); 1 Onion (chopped); 2 cloves Garlic (minced); 1 pound Ground Chicken; 2 Tbs Taco Seasoning; 1 can Black Beans (drained); 1 cup Hot Salsa; 1 cup shredded Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese; Optional: Other toppings such as jalepenios (olives, etc.)

Ingredients

2 ounces Tortilla Chips* (about 24, plus additional for serving)
1 Tbs Chili Oil (or olive oil and red pepper flakes)
1 Onion (chopped)
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 pound Ground Chicken
2 Tbs Taco Seasoning
1 can Black Beans (drained)
1 cup Hot Salsa
1 cup shredded Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese
Optional: Other toppings such as jalepenios (olives, etc.)

Steps:

Heat oven to 350.
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add the onion and garlic and saute until soft. Add meat and taco seasoning. Cook, breaking up meat with a spatula, for about 5 minutes. Add beans and salsa. Mix well and continue to cook until salsa thickens.
Line the bottom of a large baking dish with tortilla chips, pressing down on them lightly to break them into bite-sized pieces. Spread the meat and bean mixture over the chips and top with cheese. Add sliced jalapenos or other toppings that you ant to be cooked. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and gooey.
Scoop up with additional chips if desired.

Ingredients

1-1/4 pounds ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup water
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 prebaked 12-inch pizza crust
1 can (16 ounces) refried beans
2 taco shells, coarsely crushed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
2 cups torn iceberg lettuce
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 tablespoon sliced ripe olives

Steps:

Preheat oven to 450°. In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until is no longer pink; crumble meat; drain. Stir in water and taco seasoning. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes., Meanwhile, place crust on an ungreased baking sheet. Spread with refried beans. Top with the beef mixture, taco shells and cheeses. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and olives.

Preheat oven to 375°. Unroll 1 tube of crescent dough into 1 long rectangle; seal seams and perforations. Press onto the bottom of a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Bake until golden brown, 8-10 minutes., Layer with half the cheese and all the corned beef. Combine sauerkraut and salad dressing; spread over beef. Top with remaining cheese., On a lightly floured surface, press or roll second tube of crescent dough into a 13x9-in. rectangle, sealing seams and perforations. Place over cheese. Brush with egg white; sprinkle with caraway seeds., Bake until casserole is heated through and crust is golden brown, 12-16 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
