- Unroll crust into a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan; flatten dough and build up edges slightly. Brush with oil; sprinkle with garlic. Cover and let rest for 15 minutes., Roll into a 12-in. circle. Transfer to a greased 12-in. pizza pan.
