- Place the salt on a small plate. Place a splash of water on another small plate. Dip just the rims of two glasses in the water, then dip in the salt. In a cocktail shaker, combine the lime juice, tequila, triple sec, and ice. Shake for 10-20 seconds to chill thoroughly, then strain into two glasses. Top the glasses off with as much sparkling wine as you like and garnish with a lime wedge. Serve immediately.

- Combine 2 cucumber slices, the cilantro, mint leaves, 1 lime wedge, the tequila and vodka in a cocktail shaker. Muddle with the handle of a wooden spoon. Add the lime and lemon juices and simple syrup. Add ice and shake for 10 seconds. Put some salt on a plate. Run a lime wedge around the rim of a mason jar and dip in the salt to coat. Fill the glass with ice. Line the glass with the remaining cucumber slices and strain in the contents of the shaker. Garnish with the mint sprig and remaining lime wedge.

- Zest the limes and lay the zest on a plate. If you have the time, let the zest dry out for ten minutes or so. Pour the coarse sugar over the zest and toss it around with your fingers to combine. Lime sugar! Yum.Throw the mango chunks into a blender. Pour in the tequila, triple sec, and sugar. Squeeze in the juice of the limes, then top off the whole thing with ice. Blend it until it's totally smooth. Give it a taste, then add more of what you think it needs (alcohol, sugar, lime, etc.)To serve, cut a small wedge in one of the juiced limes and rub the lime all over the rim of the glass to moisten. Dip the rim of the glasses in the lime sugar to give it a pretty, crystally rim. Pour in the margaritas and serve immediately!
