Number Of Ingredients 8

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
2 green onions, minced
4 (12 inch) flour tortillas
½ cup red bell pepper, diced
½ cup diced celery
1 (2 ounce) can sliced black olives
½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, and green onions. Spread this mixture on each tortilla. Sprinkle red pepper, celery, black olives, and cheese (if you'd like) over the cream cheese mixture. Roll up the tortillas, then wrap them tightly in aluminum foil.
  • Chill 2 hours or overnight. Cut off ends of the rolls, and slice the chilled rolls into 1 inch slices.

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 (8 oz each) pkg Hy-Vee cream cheese, softened
1 (1 oz) pkg ranch dressing mix
0.333 c. of finely chopped deli-sliced ham
0.333 c. of finely chopped red bell pepper
0.333 c. of finely chopped celery
0.25 c. of thinly sliced green onions
3 tbsp. of coarsely chopped Hy-Vee manzanilla olives
5 Hy-Vee burrito-sized flour tortillas

Steps:

  • 1. Beat together cream cheese and ranch dressing mix. Fold in ham, red bell pepper, celery, green onions and olives.
  • 2. Spread 1/2 cup filling on each tortilla. Roll up each tortilla and wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  • 3. To serve, slice each tortilla into eighteen 1/2-inch pieces.
