Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package whipped cream cheese
10 (10 inch) flour tortillas
½ cup green onions, chopped
¼ cup black olives, chopped
¾ cup chopped ham slices

Steps:

Spread whipped cream cheese spread evenly on tortillas. Sprinkle the green onions, black olives and chopped ham slices evenly between all ten of the tortillas. Roll tortillas up jellyroll style. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Remove from refrigerator and slice at 3/4 inch intervals. Arrange on tray and serve.

Ingredients

4 ounces cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup Seasoned Taco Meat
1/4 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup salsa
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped ripe olives
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
5 flour tortillas (8 inches), room temperature
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
Additional salsa

Steps:

In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Stir in the taco meat, cheese, salsa, mayonnaise, olives and onion. Spread over tortillas. Sprinkle with lettuce; roll up tightly. Wrap securely and refrigerate for at least 1 hour., Unwrap and cut into 1-in. pieces. Serve with additional salsa.

When you're ready to serve, cut the long rolls into small, round pinwheels. I was able to get 8 good pinwheels per long roll (the endpieces are fine to nibble on but they don't make a pretty presentation). If you freeze the rolls for a little while rather than refrigerate them, it makes cutting easier and presentation nicer. I didn't freeze the ones in my picture, so they were messy and misshapen but still very yummy! ENJOY!
