These pecan Christmas crack treats make the perfect little sweet gifts for the holiday season! It's loaded with chocolate, crunch nuts, and salty crackers.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Line an 11 x 7-inch pan with foil, then grease well.
- Line the pan with the crackers.
- In a medium saucepan, combine butter and brown sugar, then stir to mix.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, then let come to a rolling boil for 3 minutes.
- Once the mixture comes to a boil, do not stir. The toffee should reach 270 to 290 degrees F, if using a candy thermometer.
- Pour the brown sugar mixture over the crackers.
- Bake for 4 minutes, then turn the oven off.
- Remove from the oven, then set aside for 1 minute.
- Pour the chocolate chips over the top, then let sit for 4 minutes or until the chocolate is soft.
- Spread the chocolate evenly, then sprinkle the pecans on top.
- Cool on the counter slightly, then place them into the freezer to cool completely.
- Break into pieces, serve, and enjoy!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a cookie sheet with foil and lightly grease.
- Place graham crackers on the cookie sheet in one layer.
- Sprinkle pecans evenly over the graham squares.
- In a small sauce pan melt the unsalted butter.
- Add brown sugar to the pan and stir until mixture begins to boil.
- Pour sugar mixture over pecans and graham squares.
- Bake in oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove pan from oven and place into freezer for 1 hour.
- Break bark into pieces while still cold.
