PARMESAN RANCH BREAD BITES RECIPE | HIDDEN VALLEY® RANCH
Our Parmesan ranch bread bites is an appetizer every guest will love. This 30 minute recipe uses four ingredients: pizza dough, butter, ranch seasoning, and Parmesan.

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Cut dough into 4 pieces, and roll each piece into a log about ¾-inch in diameter. Cut each log into 1-inch pieces; you will have about 36–40 pieces.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter with the ranch seasoning mix until well-combined. Arrange the dough pieces evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet; brush with half of the butter ranch mixture and sprinkle with half of the Parmesan cheese.
Bake for about 12–14 minutes, rotating pan halfway through, until light golden. Remove from oven, brush with remaining butter and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
Serve hot with Ranch dressing or marinara sauce for dipping, if desired.

- Stir together first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl; cut in butter with a pastry blender until crumbly. (Mixture will look very dry.) Gently press mixture together with hands, working until blended and smooth (about 2 to 3 minutes).
- Shape dough into 2 (4-inch-long) logs. Wrap in plastic wrap, and place in an airtight container. Chill 8 hours, or freeze up to 3 months. (Thaw overnight in refrigerator.)
- Cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices, and place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Brush with milkM1Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Freeze up to 1 month, if desired.
