1 cup Flour
Right amount Vegetable oil
2 pcs egg
Right amount radish
Right amount chopped green onion
Right amount Rice noodles
Right amount salt

Steps:

  • Good vegetables and fine vermicelli, the vermicelli is blanched in boiling water and simmered for 10 minutes.
  • Shred the white radish with a grater, add chopped green onion, a spoonful of vegetable oil, cut the celery into sections and mix into the filling
  • Take a proper amount of filling and put it on the top of the pie crust, prepare to wrap it, and put the filling in the middle of the pie.
  • Roll from the bottom to the middle, fold both sides, use a little batter to glue the sides of the crust.
  • Don't burn the vegetable oil too hot. When the oil is 7 or 8 minutes hot, the spring rolls are fried in the pan. In this way, the noodles are cooked and the color is good and not sticky. I put a little less oil, so I fry two spring rolls at a time. Take out the golden color and continue to fry, pay attention to the heat.
