This rich, creamy stew is best made with freshly shucked oysters.

Number Of Ingredients 12

4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 medium white onion, cut into 1/2-inch dice
2 celery stalks, sliced into 1/4-inch pieces
4 cups milk
2 cups heavy cream
2 teaspoons coarse salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
1 pint shucked oysters with liquor (juice)
Paprika, for garnish
Hot sauce, for garnish (optional)
Oyster crackers, for garnish

Steps:

  • Heat butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Add onion and celery; cook until softened, about 8 minutes. Do not brown. Add milk, cream, salt, cayenne, white pepper, and liquor. Bring just to a boil; cook, barely simmering, 5 minutes. Add oysters; cook just until edges curl, 3 to 4 minutes. Garnish with paprika; hot sauce, if using; and crackers. Serve.

I like to eat sea oyster fried, so I made this sea oyster egg. This dish is also a must-order dish every time I go to a restaurant. The sea oysters made by myself are fresh and full of ingredients. The mouth is full of happiness. .

Number Of Ingredients 7

300 grams Sea oyster
2 pcs egg
2 pcs shallot
a little salt
1 scoop Cooking wine
2 pcs celery
1 scoop Coarse sweet potato powder

Steps:

  • Wash the oysters and drain them, add a little salt and cooking wine and marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Beat the eggs, add chopped green onions and celery, add a little salt and mix thoroughly.
  • Add a spoonful of coarse sweet potato powder and mix well.
  • Fry the sea oysters in a frying pan until they are ripe.
  • Beat in the adjusted eggs and fry with sea oysters.
  • Here comes the most important step. Fry the sea oysters and eggs until the surface is golden. When you buckle it, the dish is completely poured on the plate. Then pour the dish into the pan and fry until it is turned over smoothly. The fried sea oyster egg is a complete piece.
