1/2 Cup Cream Of Wheat2 Cups Of Water1/2 Cup Evaporated Milk1/4 Cup Butter1/2 Cup Sugar1/8 Tsp Salt

Steps:

1. Fill a small pot with water and place over high heat (9). 2. After 5 minutes, or once the water comes to a boil, reduce to medium heat (5).3. Slowly pour the cream of wheat into the center of the pot while vigorously stirring the center of the pot. 4. Continue stirring for 2 minutes. [This prevents the formation of lumps].5. After 2 minutes, stir in the milk, butter, sugar, and salt, then let the Cream of Wheat cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
