COLD BRAISED PEANUTS RECIPE - SIMPLE CHINESE FOOD

Cold braised peanuts recipe - Simple Chinese Food image

The red-skinned peanuts grown by myself are used as a cold dressing today. They are so delicious that I can't stop my mouth.
Red-skinned peanuts can nourish blood and nourish skin. Eating regularly can make you radiant and energetic.

The effect of peanuts in replenishing blood and stopping bleeding is mainly due to the "red coat". Peanuts are recognized as healthy foods all over the world. Peanuts are regarded as one of the "ten longevity foods" in my country. Chinese medicine believes that the effect of peanuts is to reconcile the spleen and stomach, replenish blood and stop bleeding, and lower blood pressure and lipids. Among them, the effect of "tonifying blood and stopping bleeding" is mainly due to the red coat outside the peanuts. According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, “the spleen controls the blood” and people with qi deficiency are prone to bleeding. The peanut red clothing can nourish blood and stop bleeding because it can nourish the spleen and stomach. Western medicine believes that peanut red coat can inhibit the dissolution of fibrin, increase the content of platelets, improve the quality of platelets, improve the defects of coagulation factors, strengthen the contractile function of capillaries, and promote the hematopoietic function of bone marrow. Therefore, it has obvious effects on various bleeding and hemorrhage-induced anemia, aplastic anemia and other diseases.
