Number Of Ingredients 9

3 ripe avocados
1 lime, juiced
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 large roma tomato, diced
1 medium jalapeno, diced
1/2 medium onion, diced
1/8 cup finely chopped cilantro leaves

Steps:

  • Halve the avocados and remove the pits. toss them in the juice of the lime. 
  • In a medium bowl, toss the avocados in the lime juice. Add the sea salt, cumin, and cayenne pepper and mash together with a potato masher. 
  • Fold in tomato, jalapeño, onion, and cilantro and serve.

2 Tbsp, chopped Uncooked red onion(s)
2 Tbsp Cilantro fresh, chopped
1 Tbsp Fresh lime juice
0.25 tsp Hot pepper sauce
0.25 tsp Table salt or more to taste

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, use a fork to mash the avocado until almost smooth.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and stir until combined. Serve with vegetables and/or chips. You can also cover the surface of the guacamole with plastic wrap and refrigerate it for up to 1 day.
  • Per serving: about 1/4 cup dip
