TORTILLA CHIP CASSEROLE RECIPE | ALLRECIPES
My mother would make this for me as a child, and now I make it for my family. My husband loves it, and it's very easy to make. It's cheesy, and the chile peppers give it a little kick.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine the soups, tomatoes and green chile peppers and milk. Mix well until smooth. Layer a 9x13 inch baking dish with the tortilla chips, then the chicken, and then pour the soup mixture over.
- Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, top with the cheese and bake for 10 more minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Brush both sides of the tortillas with the oil. Stack the tortillas and cut the pile into sixths to make chips. Spread the chips out in a single layer on two large baking sheets and season with salt. Bake until golden brown and crisp, rotating the baking sheets once, about 12 to 15 minutes. Serve.
