5 handfuls Pasta
About 3 Plum Tomatoes
1 Big Buffalo-Mozzarella Cheese
2.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Basil Leaves
Salt and Black Pepper

Steps:

  • 01 - Start cooking the Pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water. 02 - In the meanwhile, drain and thinly slice the Buffalo Mozzarella Cheese. 03 - Wash and chop the Tomatoes. 04 - Chop the Basil Leaves. 05 - Place everything in a large salad bowl and top with Oil. 05 - Drain the Pasta al dente and move it into the salad bowl and toss everything. 06 - Adjust with Salt and Pepper. Serve.
