SIMPLE MALA TANG RECIPE - SIMPLE CHINESE FOOD

Simple Mala Tang recipe - Simple Chinese Food image

I cook street snacks at home. Children come here temporarily. I am in a hurry to go to a nearby school. I feel nervous about everything. I just have the ingredients to eat hot pot. I have a bowl of the children’s favorite Mala Tang. The method is super simple. Put your favorite ingredients into the Zhenmi smart electric hot pot and boil them, lift the basket with one button, take out all the ingredients, and then deep-fry them with a spicy sauce, which is called a fragrant, simple and quick, and there is no soup left.

Provided by Weilan Weibo

Total Time 30 minutes

Yield 2

Number Of Ingredients 17

1 corn
4 slices Ham
4 flowers Shiitake Mushrooms
Right amount oil
Right amount salt
Right amount pepper
Right amount star anise
Right amount Bay leaf
Right amount shallot
Right amount garlic
1 piece Enoki mushroom
Right amount spinach
Right amount Various meatballs
Right amount Black Fungus
Right amount Kale
Right amount Doubanjiang
Right amount Dried chili

Steps:

  • Because in a hurry, I choose the easiest ingredients to cook, and cut 1 cooked corn into sections.
  • Sliced ham that can be eaten directly.
  • All kinds of frozen meatballs are the favorite food of children, it is best to make them yourself. I bought them temporarily today.
  • Remove the roots of Flammulina velutipes, soak in fruit and vegetable detergent for a few minutes, and rinse with running water.
  • Remove the roots of the purchased shiitake mushrooms, soak them in a fruit and vegetable detergent for a few minutes, and rinse them with running water.
  • After the black fungus is soaked, remove impurities and rinse.
  • Soak the cabbage with fruit and vegetable cleaning agent for a few minutes and rinse with running water. Tear it into pieces with your hands, remember not to cut with a knife, the taste is not good.
  • Remove the roots of the spinach, remove the old leaves, soak for a few minutes with fruit and vegetable detergent, and rinse with running water.
  • Zhenmi Smart Lifting Hot Pot is particularly convenient to use. Add appropriate amount of pure water, and boil the water into the hot pot according to the boiling resistance of the prepared materials.
  • The hot pot reduces the fire and raises the basket with one button. This function is too convenient. The ingredients are not wasted at all. Put all the cooked ingredients into the bowl.
  • Then lower the basket, add corn and vegetables to blanch it, and then lift the basket with one button to take out all the ingredients. I don’t need this soup. It’s the same as blanching. I think it’s healthier to eat this way.
  • Put all the ingredients into a bowl, and add an appropriate amount of minced garlic.
  • Prepare the hot and spicy bottom of the pot, wash the dried chilies and absorb the water with kitchen paper. If you like extra spicy, you can cut it into sections. I didn't cut it when the child ate it. It was too spicy. Wash all kinds of seasonings with kitchen paper to absorb moisture. The garlic is peeled, washed and finely chopped. The bean paste is a slightly spicy kind.
  • Add the right amount of oil to the wok and saute all the seasonings.
  • Add the bean paste and stir-fry the red oil. It is best to add an appropriate amount of old soup. If there is no old soup, add some boiling water to boil, and then pour it on the cooked ingredients.
  • A bowl of simple and quick Mala Tang is ready to cook, and I have a particularly appetite when I look at it. It is definitely a good time to entertain the guests. My kids have a very happy meal.
