2 bundles Longkou vermicelli
Half root carrot
Half root Green onions
A petal garlic
10gram salt
5 grams MSG
3 grams White sugar
15ml White vinegar
3 ml sesame oil

Steps:

  • A bag of Longkou vermicelli, carrots and green onions, wash and set aside.
  • Take out the vermicelli 2 and plunge it into a hot water pot and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Too cool and control water.
  • Cut the carrots evenly into thin strips.
  • Cut the scallions into even fine strips (white onion and young leaves of onion).
  • Garlic smashed.

14 Kewei Shrimp
100 g Rice noodles
3 petals garlic
1/4 teaspoon Chicken Essence
2 tablespoons Salad oil
3 slices ginger
a little pepper
2 tablespoons Erguotou or cooking wine
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tsp Sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Oyster sauce

Steps:

  • Soak the vermicelli in cold water to soften and drain. Shred ginger, cut garlic into small slices or mince
  • Jiwei shrimp trimming must remove the intestinal mud, clean and drain the water
  • Put the Jiwei shrimp into a large bowl, add 1 tablespoon Erguotou, a little salt, and marinate for 10 minutes
  • Cold pan, cold oil, add the marinated Jiwei shrimp, stir fry to change color, and set aside
  • Leave the bottom oil in the wok, add shredded ginger, garlic slices, and oyster sauce, and stir until fragrant
  • Add appropriate amount of water, light soy sauce, salt, sugar, Erguotou, pepper, and boil on high heat
  • Add vermicelli, stir-fried prawns, simmer for a while
