Steps:

  • Season London broil steaks with salt and black pepper.
  • In a 6-quart (6L) slow cooker, combine all ingredients. Stir well to mix cornstarch around.
  • Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 6 hours.
  • Turn off slow cooker and open the lid. Using tongs, remove cooked steaks from the cooker. Transfer to a cutting board. Slice it against the grain.
  • Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Sprinkle with chopped fresh dill.

  • 1. Place London Broil in Slow cooker.
  • 2. Spread Onion Soup Mix evenly on top of London Broil.
  • 3. Quarter Onions Place On Top Of Meat.
  • 4. Cut Celery On Angle Put On Top Of Onions.
