If your kids got enough licorice to jump rope with, there’s no harm in swiping some for yourself to make this tasty martini! First, you’ll need to infuse gin with the licorice. Once that is done, you can mix up a sweet cocktail that you’ll never forget.

Steps:
- Place 4 pieces of licorice in the bottom of a sealable jar.
- Pour in one cup of gin. Fasten the lid of the jar.
- Allow gin to infuse for at least 24 hours. Strain the gin to rid the infused liquor of larger pieces of candy.
- In a shaker, shake gin, liqueur, and juice together vigorously. Pour mixture into a martini glass. Top with soda and gently stir.
