These creamy ice pops are quick to make. I like them on the tart side so I don't use too much sugar but feel free to adjust the sweetness level to your liking.

¾ cup heavy whipping cream
½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
¼ cup whole milk
2 tablespoons white sugar, or more to taste

Steps:

  • Combine heavy whipping cream, lemon juice, milk, and sugar in a bowl until well combined. Pour into 4 ice pop molds and freeze until solid, at least 4 hours, or overnight.

This can be a tart strawberry smoothie or yummy frozen popsicle. Kids and adults enjoy this on hot summer days!! For smoothies just pour into glasses and drink!

1 (12 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
3 cups cold water
1 (16 ounce) package frozen sliced strawberries

Steps:

  • In a large pitcher, stir together the lemonade concentrate and water. Place strawberries into the container of a blender, and puree until smooth. Pour in some of the lemonade if necessary to facilitate blending. Stir strawberry puree into the lemonade. Pour into molds, and freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
