1 tablespoon olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
¼ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
12 ounces uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lemon, sliced

Steps:

  • Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl. Add shrimp and toss until coated.
  • Place shrimp in the air fryer and cook until pink and firm, 6 to 8 minutes. Serve with lemon slices.

medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

lemon, thinly sliced, plus juice of 1 lemon

cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp.

crushed red pepper flakes

Kosher salt

2 tbsp.

dry white wine (or water)

Freshly chopped parsley, for garnish

Steps:

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon butter and olive oil. Add shrimp, lemon slices, garlic, and crushed red pepper flakes, and season with salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, until shrimp is pink and opaque, about 3 minutes per side. Remove from heat and stir in remaining butter, lemon juice, and white wine. Season with salt and garnish with parsley before serving.
