Steps:
- Épluchez les carottes, navets, tête de céleri, courgettes, et coupez en morceaux. Nettoyez le tout et ajoutez-y les poivrons coupés en lamelles. Faites revenir la viande (sauf les merguez) dans de l'huile à feu vif de chaque coté.
- Faites roussir l'oignon dans de l'huile. Ajoutez tous les légumes, du poivre, les épices et le piment.
- Ajoutez un petit peu d'eau. Faites cuire à feu doux pendant 25 minutes.
- Ajoutez la viande. Faites cuire 30 minutes.
- Faites cuire la semoule et égrainez-la. Servez le couscous avec la semoule.
