3 Tbsp. organic lapsang souchong tea
1 tsp. organic garlic powder
1 tsp. organic oregano leaf
1 tsp. organic parsley leaf
1 tsp. organic ground black pepper
1 tsp. Kiawe smoked sea salt
½ tsp. organic chili powder blend
½ tsp. organic thyme
3 Tbsp. organic olive oil
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
½ Tbsp. local honey

Steps:

  • Grind all dry ingredients together using a mortar and pestle or suribachi.
  • Combine ground herbs with olive oil, vinegar, and honey to create a thick paste.
  • Cover veggies, tofu, or whatever you plan to grill with marinade and refrigerate for at least an hour before grilling.
